PRINCIPAL
As the founder and principal partner of Kolbe Gallery by Finestra (Vancouver, Seattle and Calgary locations), David is responsible for the strategic focus and business performance for both companies. He is directly involved with quality initiatives, order processes, marketing strategies and technical delivery. He oversees the companies’ growth and defines the companies’ collaborative business objectives and staff development.
Doug Castiglione
CO-FOUNDER
As co-founder and President of Westside Window and Door in Calgary, Doug is responsible for the overall direction of the company. Doug has taken responsibility for the marketing of the products starting from the sales and sales support teams to the quality assurance and customer service offered by the installation and service teams.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Graduated from the Architecture program from BCIT & working on becoming a registered interior designer, she is equipped with the technical skills with respect to the industry, recognizes the importance of information, organization and passionate on working out innovative, creative & fitting design details. She has been with the company for 10+ years and strives in organizing, simplifying, and making procedures and information easy to understand. Rebecca became a mom in 2020, she loves to laugh, design, read and! She remains a strong-faith Christian gal
